I would like to premise this with I love the food at Taco Bell but the staffing at this location has zero! Customer service! I would give them 0 stars if possible. Went through the drive through to get a few item double decker taco, beef supreme burrito, steak grilled cheese burrito, chips N cheese, nacho cheese dip. I cannot tell you how many times I havenât received all my items at This location so I have gotten in to the habit of checking my order. My steak grilled cheese burrito was not there so I asked if I could get my missing burrito please. I was told yes but Iâd have to go through the drive through line again, keeping in mind I had already waited 20 minutes in the drive through and the line had only gotten worse by then. I told the cashier thatâs a pretty long line can u just make my burrito real quick she responded that I have other customers in line and if I want my burrito i either have to go back through the drive through line or wait in the handicap spot until my burrito is ready. I obviously opted to wait in the handicap spot. After ten minutes the cashier came out to hand food to another car than tried to give me the same order she tried to hand to the other car. Not only was it the incorrect order, but she tried to give me an order she handed to another customer. I waited another five minutes and went inside to speak to the manager on duty. l explained very calmly saying I had been waiting 15 minutes and I realize yâall are busy but I need my burrito made asap. He asked if anything else was missing. there was just the steak grilled cheese burrito missing. He told the makeline to make it once they were finished with their current task and didnât say another word to me. The manager than went outside, my girlfriend told me he was staring at her in the car. He came back in and asked me if thatâs my car in the handicapped spot. I responded yes your staff asked me to wait in the handicapped spot. He responded saying no I can't have u park there. (This is not my problem an employee tells me to park in a handicapped spot while I wait for my food) he was very insistant. My burrito was completed at this time. The manager threw my bag on the table and said hereâs your burrito please do not park in the handicapped spot again. (Very rude tone) manager did not apologize for the wait or the mistake, was rude with an attitude that heâs doing me a favor, staffing that clearly does not know Taco Bellâs parking policies, waited a total of forty minutes (not to mention we did not receive the extra side of nacho cheese dip. Which we didnât notice till we got home. That we paid for ) tonightâs food was obviously cold by the time we got home.
This is just one example of this locations poor customer service which happens often at this location. I was just very bothered more so by how the manager handled the situation and feel that this store needs some...
   Read moreTo start off we tried to go inside to order food to go because we have a big family and didnât want to hold up the already full drive through line. We got to the door and an employee politely explained that due to short staffing the lobby was closed for the night. We got back in our car and hopped in line for the drive thru and waited 30 minutes just to be able to order. We got maybe halfway through our order when the woman taking our order (a manager) cut us off as we were trying to order more and told us she would tell us our total at the window 10 minutes later we arrived at the window and explained to her that we hadnât finished our order when she sent us forward and asked if she could finish taking our order at the window and she refused and when we said that she had cut us off and we didnât even get to finish our order she said âwe have limited staff and I donât have time to add to the order if you know anyone whoâs not a senior citizen thatâs willing to work you can send them this way or you can always go back through the line again and order the restâ she was very rude in the way she said it and there was a line forming behind us so we opted out and decided to go to the McDonaldâs next door. I was very disappointed at the service. I can understand being busy and I can understand waiting I wouldâve even been willing to wait in the parking lot while they completed our order so they could still take more customers. Itâs a shame to even say it was a manager that said all of this. After we got our âorderâ we looked to make sure we had gotten everything and the nacho fries werenât seasoned and the âveggie power bowlâ that was ordered was mostly a black bowl with a little bit of lettuce, rice, and cheese I had ordered it with extra avocado ranch and it seemed like they put even less than the normal amount.    Read moreI probably don't even have enough space to write all the things this location is HORRIBLE at, but my experience over the last 6 months has been similar to the other reviews. The food is never made right, they don't follow instructions (one time swear to G I got 3 crunchy tacos and one of them only had lettuce and one had only lettuce and cheese... like that kind of mess ups - big ones)
About 50% of the time you make a doordash or Uber eats order they cancel it 30 to 40 min later saying they 'never got the order'.
If you go to the drive thru late at night half the time they have the store shut down telling customers the card reader is down or machines are down and the entire staff is out front smoking weed.
Taco Bell is and always has been my fave place but this location solely on its own is going to lose a 20 year several times a week customer. They just messed up my order AGAIN by telling the doordash driver they 'never got my order' and I've been trying to call back to back for 20 min with no answer. Would bet $100 they're all out front smoking weed. I order doordash a couple times a weeks for years on end and this has never happened to me not once but happens ONLY at this location 50% of the time?
We've all complained too... so many people have sent in complaints and left reviews - TACO BELL when are you going to fix this...
