Arby's — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Very poor service. Ordered Classic Roast Beef and fresh Curly Fries. As Fries are down sandwich is sitting out in open not under a warmer. Fries are done and sandwich put in bag and handed to me. I then asked for a fresh sandwich not the one that was sitting in open for 3.5mn. I was met with attitude and told that they were so short handed and weren't capable of making sure Sandwiches stayed hot??(not even busy). Shake machine supposedly down? Broke or just down to get out earlier,hmm?? The young man running slicer actually started to laugh when hearing of request. With answers and service like this it's no wonder these places are closing. Managers are failing these kids and not holding them accountable for terrible service and attitudes. Arby's has really gone down hill . 😔 Maybe the managers should start losing there jobs instead of kids being kids behind lines.. Definitely not even a 1 star...

Attempted to order 2 for $7 deal. Cheese sticks and beef and Swiss without lettuce.....was told they are not allowed to add or remove anything with the roast beef and swiss because corporate does not allow it. NEVER have I heard such thing. I decided to order the roast beef and swiss meal instead just to see what would happen....cashier asks if I want it without lettuce. I asked if he was serious and to get his manager to which the manager replied "we can adjust the sandwich if you want but just not with the 2 for $7 deal....." Food was good, but they will look at your card information while you go through the drive through. Never told anyone there my name and they used my name when i pulled up to the window. Should never look at a customers card longer than it takes to figure out where the strip/chip is. I am pretty sure it was all in good intentions but creeped me out some that they are out here reading peoples cards. Another friend of mine confirmed they did the same with him too.
