Tried calling several times over the last few hours and no answer. Finally got an answer and it was a very angry man. I asked if everything was okay and he gave a lot of attitude to the point that I wasn’t even convinced I was speaking to an actual business. I’m not usually a Karen but I asked to talk to a manager or literally anybody else who wasn’t in a horrible mood, and he said HE IS THE MANAGER and to call back later. Very awful. I just hung up. Tonight (07/22/21) there were only TWO scoopers who also run mini golf. There was a steady line of people when we arrived shortly after 8. The staff deserves kudos and a bonus!! They were both very pleasant, funny and working with urgency. Phenomenal work!! We have received consistent service from the young man who served us tonight each and every time we stop. I sure hope you find more warm-hearted, beautiful souls like him!!! We LOVE Bruster's ... P.S. the chocolate pb pretzel should be permanently added...

Great Fantastic Stupendous Deliciously Tasty Treat! The monthly flavors are always awesome ..if you see one you think you may want to try DO IT as once they sell out that's it, they're gone. BONUS... There's a really neat putt-putt course there too.. looks like a mini mountain.. nice little treat for the kids or even a nostalgic adult date night or group of friends. Definitely worth checking out.
