We went to DQ this evening to get blizzards using our Clinton Massie Falcon Card which offers continuous discounts all year long. The offer is only good at the Gano Rd. location in which you buy a blizzard at regular price and get a second one for 99 cents, pretty good deal. They had my card for a long time and returned it with blue marker all over it and a hole through their discount advertisement. The offer does not state one time use but it appears as if it is being treated that way. After several minutes in the drive thru and nearly no other customers, we finally got our blizzards and they neglected to turn them upside down. Aren't they supposed to be free if they forget? They also forgot napkins but luckily we already had a stash in the car. As we headed down the highway, we found that both medium blizzards were mostly ice cream. A $6.99 hamburger kids meal turned into a nearly $9 meal because we were charged $.89 EACH for adding lettuce and tomato. Plus $.89 for a few chopped onions on a chili dog and $.99 for a honey mustard sauce for chicken strips? When I changed my order to two chicken strips instead of four (a la carte), the cashier removed the $2 combo meal offer he had just applied to our combo meal.
Besides this, the condiments, straws, and fountain water are not accessible from the dining area, which means asking every time for any extras or refills you need, but if it's busy, you have to wait. We were not given straws with our cups of water.
The cashier spoke quickly and was not easy to understand, which left my whole family agitated as they each tried to place their orders.

I don't know who's managing the place but they also need to tell their employees to stop making the ice cream first when fulfilling a fast food order through the drive thru. Twice now they have given me a frozen treat that I planned on taking home with me to my family first and then make me wait close to 15 minutes to give me my food. By then it's pretty much melted because they didn't ask if I wanted it after my food was ready. Also they forgot an item one time which when confronted, the two employees looked at each other and said "I thought you made it".
