Subway — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Shout-out to JAKE! My experience with this Subway was when my son was stranded on St Rt 68 today....He had already walked 40 miles and had been through Hell. he was so hungry...I have no car therefore I had no way to pick him up...So I called Subway and ordered food for my son...I gave Jake a brief description of my son's situation...The second my son walked through the door, Jake greeted him and served him...AND offered him a ride (after he was off work) all the way to Springfield!!! Jake was a God send....

I am compelled to mention this part (Springfield is a nasty place to live! btw).....My son started walking to my house from the gas station (Jake needed gas) in Springfield and was jumped by 2 teenagers...One of the guys came up behind him and hit him in the back of the head...they wanted his phone!!...My Son stood his ground and ended up scaring the kids, because he had been through too much to let this take him down....he decided not to beat them senseless...I guess they were senseless enough already...My son is a good man! Thanks...

Staff in sour moods I guess because it's 10:35 on Christmas night and they have to work. I get it. But, they're the only place open and should expect some traffic because of that fact. Girl was super short with me and the gentleman in line behind me. Slapped it together very carelessly. Just rude. I never leave reviews but I'm inspired to do so tonight. The other Pilot employee who finished my sandwiches was rude and short also. And told me and the other customer that we must be too lazy to cook. Just B.S. If you don't like your job, quit and work somewhere that's closed on Christmas. Won't...

Darker lady with braids had attitude and low energy. Traveling back from Tennessee to Cleveland Ohio stopped for a break to get food with my family. Messed up one of the sandwiches and had to re do it. Acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then I get in the car open my sandwhich and she used the wrong chicken on my sandwhich. She needs a different job that don’t involve customer service lmao. How do you mess up a sandwhich? Then you couldn’t even see her making them cause she had the boards up so we couldn’t see while she was making it. Thankfully we’re only traveling and will not...
