Dunkin' — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Editing my review again because hopefully someone will see it and retrain the mf employees. Ordered a toasted breakfast sandwich this morning and not only was it not toasted, it didn’t even seem like it was microwaved. The English muffin was straight out of the package and tasted/felt so gross and the meat and cheese wasn’t even warm. I tried to eat it anyway for the protein because I’m breastfeeding but I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. At least 7/10 times I come here, something js wrong with my order. I don’t have a lot of options for things close-by because I can’t be away from home for long periods of time and this Dunkin location pisses me off at least 3 times per week. How hard is it to throw a sandwich in the toaster?

Updating my review to say that this is still the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. I wish it wasn’t the one closest to my house. The manager of this location is not good at his job. He literally messes up my order over 50% of the time. How he got to a management position I will never know. Horrible. Also the sourdough breakfast sandwich is literally flavorless, would not recommend unless you’re gonna go home and add salt and pepper to it...

Online order placed and at that time had everything we wanted. Went to pick up and didn't check the bags, shame on me. They forgot all of the donut items, a donut shop forgets the donuts???? Tried calling, but the number listed on my Google search and the location's website isn't a working number, I'm wondering if this is by design because they're service is terrible. Drove back to get the donuts, but they don't have the double chocolate that we ordered by then. Not happy at all, but accepted their apology regardless. Get back home and discovered they only gave us 5 of the 6 wake up wraps that we ordered as well, WOW!!! I'm wondering if the manager reads these reviews at all because nothing seems to change. ACCOUNTABILITY AT EVERY POSITION, MANAGEMENT INCLUDED. And these incompetent people will wonder why their jobs have been replaced by automation someday, unbelievable. I worked at McDonald's as a teenager and when I screwed up, they're were consequences, just sayin. I I went through the drive-through and did not receive everything that I had ordered on my list or I need it. I was going straight to church and on my on my way to church. This is what happened. I ordered a caramel coffee and received nothing that taste like caramel I ordered two sweeten lows didn’t receive that in my bag, the plain bagel was horrible. It was horrible so I’ll never go back there. That’s why I’m giving them one star and I am also also I called to inform them of this and a recording came on which was so very unprofessional and also I will be calling Dunkin’ Donuts regarding that so young lady at the drive-through said whatever’s on the receipt is what they have on there.
