Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Tried Papa John's several months ago at the request of my girlfriend who likes their breadsticks. Pizza was decent, arrived hot and quick, and the driver was friendly. Since then, been ordering from Papa John's at least twice a month with similar results. Recently the quality has tanked. Two weeks ago our order was 20 minutes later than the estimated time for deliver. I can deal with that on occasion, it happens. However, the pizza arrived almost cold (the store is about 1 mile from my house). For the past few orders, I have been selecting extra cheese as an item. First off, if you get pizza from a good pizza shop, you should never have to order extra cheese unless you want it drowning in it, but Papa John's is a bit skimpy, so whatever, I ordered extra to make up for it. Even with that, never really seemed like much cheese on the pizza. Tonight I ordered one more time out of convenience. Again, I ordered extra cheese. OMG, there seemed to be less cheese on the pizza than a normal order. There was so little cheese on my extra cheese pizza that you could see past the ingredients to sauce and dough on about 1/3 of the pie. You want to offer a so-so product at a decent price, that's your business (am I right, Dominos?) but seriously, Papa John's, quit skimping on the toppings that you charge $1.50 for and put enough cheese on that people don't feel compelled to add extra (and still not get it).

Should have hit up Iacono's like I intended. Won't make that...

Management of 8730 Moreland St. Ste A Papa John's Pizza-

I stopped in to pick up one sub sandwich at this location. Just happened to see this place after I got off a volunteer shift in Powell. This is not my normal Papa John's and I don't live in Powell. I thought it would be faster to just stop & pick up a sandwich on my way to Westerville.

Boy was I wrong. The place looked deserted when I walked in. I saw a big man with dark hair in the far back, doing something. There was a young, thin man with scraggly hair and facial hair cleaning the windows on the outside of where I was standing at the register. I waited 4-5 mins and the older, heavy set man came up from the back and emptied a trash can up near the front. Neither man made any eye contact and neither spoke to me. The older man disappeared again to the back. I waited another couple minutes, gave up hope of ordering food and left.

I can understand, with this poor service that no one was ordering food online, via phone or stopping to get anything. I wanted you to know that there is a reason for your poor sales performance at this...

The driver delivered to a neighbor who has a significantly different address. We called in and asked for a refund because, duh, who wouldn't? I believe we talked to Jeff, who claimed he was the manger, and the guy was literally half gone. He was completely rude and said he would only give a credit for half the order that could be used on a future order. We obviously wanted a refund because we will never order from there again. I asked him why he was being so rude when I have been nothing but polite and he started going off on me and hung up. Thankfully I have an app that records all my phone calls so this will be fun sending to corporate. He told my husband on the follow-up call that he "will make sure we never order from them again." Maybe I'll just post the call on reddit anyways. He was such a charmer. Good luck if you order from here. We are filing a charge back to get our money back. The guy needs to get a life and definitely a job that isn't so difficult for him. I almost feel pity for someone so emotionally unstable. Boo hoo, give the money back.
