I came here with my family on the evening of Wednesday, August 16th. When we got there we saw that the drive-through line was super long (at least 15 cars), so we decided to go inside to order our food. Unfortunately, the establishment appeared to be very short-staffed (I didn't see more than 4 employees), and it felt like an extremely hectic environment (there was lots of noise coming from the kitchen...). The person that took my order didn't know how to apply a coupon we had, and she had to bring over her manager. The manager was able to apply the coupon, but it was obvious she was very stressed (other customers were coming up to complain about their orders, multiple employees were asking her questions, it was simply a hectic environment). It took roughly 20-30 minutes for my blizzard to come. Regardless of all of that, I got the Mint Brownie blizzard, and it was DELICIOUS! My wife inquired whether they would just replace an item that always comes with vanilla with either chocolate or something else, to which they said they could. As we were pulling away from the microphone, the worker laughed and said, âPeople have the dumbest questions⌠oh!â and immediately realized and shut off the intercom. Our three-year-old son in the car thought this was amusing (sarcasm) that someone blurted into the microphone that his mom is dumb, especially when weâre trying to teach him itâs not kind to use words like that.
Keep it classy, DQ. Maybe your employee training manual should be updated to address incompetent, bratty teenager employees that call your customers dumb, and managers that donât know how to do something as simple as...

Since they didnât have the item, i asked if i would be refunded for that item. The girl at the register started smacking my order ticket on the counter saying âyou can get something else or i guess i can go ask if it can be refundedâ. Immediately i was irritated with the situation. Itâs all teenagers working in there, not being professional and one of them in the back with a headset was talking about how theyâre going to fight someone right now.
