Twist Ice Cream Company — Restaurant in Liberty Township

A whole house turned into a Creamy whip, what could be better. They have weekly flavors, and specials, that are so good. I was lucky enough to try the Black Raspberry ice cream and the Salted Caramel soft serve. Both were fantastic.

Parking is extremely easy with their own big lot. Girls working there were patient and helpful. The regular Menu board a little small. First time there and not sure what they had. Their specials are on a big sandwich board, so they're easy to see. Seating is top notch with many tables well spaced. Suspect there are many other delicacies that need purchased.

I got the artic twist with a mix in. Too much heath bar was put in which overwhelmed the ice cream and coated my tongue. Also, I asked for a cup of water because I had just walked 1 mile to get there, but all they had to offer was a water bottle that I would have to pay for or a water fountain that was warm and tasted like pool water. Last year I was given a cup of water no questions asked and no alternatives brought up. I guess their costumer service standards have declined. Good food nice staff. Unorganized you place your order in one window and wait for it to show up at the next. When it is busy it is a guessing game , order, pay, wait... wait...wait... while you are waiting you realize you recieved no receipt, no order number, no way of identifying your order other than someone at the window calling out your order one item at a time. Hard to figure out after a 35 min wait from the time I placed my order. It all worked out but it should be by order number and called out by order number...
