What a wonderful experience from all points of view.

I moved from NY State to Ohio in February. The installation of the flooring in our two bedroom condo was smooth as silk. From the time we met Brett, we knew we were in good hands. He exudes confidence and excellence in knowledge of flooring and installation. He is very personable and professional! The manner in which he answered our questions, offered his advice and provided explanations about all aspects of the job, impressed us greatly.

We are two weeks in our new condo. Wherever the LVT meets a base board, a wall of any kind, a door entrance and the like, the installation was top notch and spot on in every area. We chose beautiful LVT, but more impressive is how it was installed in all seven rooms plus closets. It looks and makes us feel like a fine leather glove created and fit for our hands. I might add that we installed a new washer and a stove. Perfect LVT installation under those appliances.

To state that we are satisfied clients is an understatement. Brett exceeded all of our expectations quite significantly .

Update: they contacted me and arranged to come and re-stretch and tack the carpet on the stairs and made it look a lot better. They hammered down the tack strip to prevent poking out. I appreciate their persistence to make sure the installation was improved and matched my expectations.

I always hesitate to write a mediocre review, but I want others to know what installation quality they can expect. Park Place installed carpet on my stairs and in my 3 small bedrooms. When it was installed, I immediately noticed poor installation quality on the stairs—edges were just cut and stapled down with fibers hanging everywhere. I called them and they fixed that as best they could with the extra carpet they left me.

Since then, I have noticed just so, so many issues. The carpet doesn’t go all the way to the walls, and is very loose in the bedrooms. We get stabbed/cut in the toes on the stairs by the tack strips—which I’ve never noticed with my previous carpet and in other houses I’ve had or lived in. Although we just had this carpet installed less than a year ago, we’re already looking at getting it replaced. They didn’t provide a level of install quality that would be...

We had a wonderful experience with this company. From the first phone call, Brett has been super easy to work with, he’s extremely responsive and helpful, he offered suggestions, recommended products and explained why, he made multiple trips to our house with various samples and he was available and present throughout the installation process. We have to split part of our project to a later date to coordinate with a painter and Brett has been flexible and helpful with that timing as well.

Chris, Mike and Chuck were excellent, knowledgeable, hardworking installers and do impeccable work. We had LVT installed throughout our first floor and carpet on our second floor. They were here over the course of 5 days because it was such a large amount of work and aside from being fantastic installers, they are great guys, friendly, helpful and trustworthy.
