I’ve eaten a lot of Thai food over the years (my favorite cuisine), and Aloy Mak Thai definitely ranks up there with the best. The flavors are spot on, and the dishes are prepared perfectly. I highly recommend trying the pork egg rolls and crab rangoon from the appetizer menu, as well as the Pad See Ew from the noodle section of the menu. Great Thai restaurant located in Liberty, KY. The Mrs has been wanting to try this so we headed that way. We started with the dumplings for an appetizer the black sauce has just a hint of molasses. I selected the egg fried rice and chicken with 2 pcs chicken wings. The wings were good and I was able to amp up the heat with the additional spices they brought to the table. The restaurant was clean, service was excellent, but the food....the food was extraordinary. Came in kind of late on a flooding Friday night, so the chef was cooking just for us. The crab rangoon was clearly just made, and much higher quality than you see anywhere else. We both had curry, and we both said it was the best we'd ever had. The only thing keeping the rating from 5 stars was their inability to serve alcohol. The server was under 21, but the chef/owner was there so I don't quite understand the problem.
