Big Frank's BBQ — Restaurant in Liberty

Awesome BBQ! On our vist we tried the ribs and sliced brisket. Both perfectly done. The ribs had the perfect hang on the bone and the brisket was tender and delicious 😋. They have mastered the true art of the pit. Guarantee we will try it again to see if Big Frank's can repeat this pit master perfection. Opinion only, but the sauce was not a favorite, to much vinegar for my taste and belly. I'll ask if they offer another choice next time, if not, the meat is outstanding on its own. And, the Cole slaw needed a bit of fine tuning. Overall, Big Frank's does not...

Great bbq spot! Cutting through town and looked up “restaurants in Liberty” and Big Frank’s BBQ popped up my gps. Walked in, didn’t know what to get so I asked for a recommendation from the girl at the counter. I basically told her “never been here before, give me your best” She told me the sampler is the way to go. Brisket, ribs, and sausage with a side of potato salad, dirty rice and sweet tea. It pretty damn tasty! My favorite was the ribs and the bbq sauce was nice. Food came out quickly, I’m already back on the road....

We were really craving a brisket sandwich and our local, little food trailer was closed for the day. I googled "best BBQ near me" and this establishment popped up. It was a bit further than I was hoping for but, I figured I'd give it a shot. SO glad I did. The sliced brisket melts in your mouth, the portions are ridiculous (but not complaining) Lol! The establishment itself is meticulously clean and everyone was very friendly. I look forward to trying the rest...
