Building is ugly food it GREAT. I have lived in the area for at least 4 years before I even dared to try this place. The outside makes it look like a dump (because the outside looks like a dump), and that is why I never tried it. I took a chance one day because I am more adventurous than my wife (she was out of town) and I was surprisingly impressed. If you can get past the aesthetics of the parking lot and facade, and get inside, you will be happy with the food. The building and inside are defiantly old and worn but clean. Zero money is used to keep the place up to date, but the food is worth the visit. I am impressed with everything they have on the buffet table, and this is my new go-to place when craving Chinese food. The staff is friendly enough and meet your needs. The inside is dated but they keep it clean, however they do not like keeping the AC cool for customers. Every time I go, at some point I break out into a sweat, partly because my body heating up from eating and due to the low (warm) AC setting. However that being said, I would go here to eat Chinese food. From what I was told by the staff this place has been here for several years run by the same family. Try the coconut shrimp, it is the best. Around 20.00 for...
Read moreI will never EVER eat here again. All these recent good reviews crack me up. There is a reason why there are hardly any cars out front when I pass by. There was hardly any food on the buffet, most of it was old and been there a long time, I felt like it was a snack buffet. The soup had sat there so long that it developed a thick film on the top. $20 spent for what? We filled up on water because nothing looked appetizing. We found some fresh orange chicken but there was only a small portion put on the buffet and we had to share it. I did not see them once...put anything fresh out to eat. They charge the same price as other buffets and can't even compete. And I just love the smell of bleach while I'm eating as they were mopping the restrooms. If I could give no stars, I would. That is the worst one I've been to out of the handful of Chinese buffets I've visited...
Read moreI will say that I am biased when it comes to Chinese Buffets since they are my favorite type of restaurant, however not even bias could save this place from anything higher then a 2.7. Since 2.7 isn't an option I'll round up to three for the rating, but this place is undeserving of those extra .3 points. I tried almost their whole available selection save but a couple of the seafood options. The rose chicken took me on a trip that food has never taken me on before, but not in a good way. Their banana pudding, egg drop soup, and chicken skewers are easily the best parts of their menu, and if you do decide to visit here those are the items I would recommend. The establishment looked a little sketchy on the outside but the inside wasn't dirty, and the bathrooms didn't make you sick to go inside. Overall this place is a 2.7 with a couple of...
