I went through the drivethru Although the service was decent and was served fairly quickly there were some disappointments. Got 2 dinners, each with different sides. The food n each meal was really greasy, the orders jumbled up and last but not least slightly cold. They have just opened at this new location, so I'm willing to give it a chance to improve. I truly hope they do!--EDIT-- I have returned to order more dinners & have also 2cd hand confirmation of the "inside" dining experience. The dining in was on May2,??, but out of 3 ppl ordering food ,it was barely edible. Also the Dining-IN experience was "Horrible" !! This was on a Friday and Lee's ran out of Chicken. It's not even that the store was swamped and had so many customers, that they just quickly cooked thru their chicken supplies, they "Unapologetically" ran out. I'm not sure what is wrong, but it seems that somewhere there is a lack of organizational skills. I was so Happy for Liberty to get this restaurant, but I don't plan on ever returning. Got catering from here. Never again. Tried to say they didn't have catering packages and tried to charge me separately for each item. Finally a different employee came over and found the catering package ON THIER OWN WEBSITE. Didn't receive the 15 table settings I paid for. Had to actually go out and buy separate table settings because they didn't provide the ones promised in the package. This Lees is a perfect example of taking advantage of small town people. Chicken was cold and old, however the rest was hot and fresh.DO Not Recommend this Lees for catering.Also tried to give us unsweetened tea as one of our gallons that came with the package. Went through the drive-thru. Ordered two 3 piece chicken tender meals one with mashed potatoes & gravy and a dp, second one was with potato wedges, mashed potatoes and pepsi. Then ordered a chicken sandwich meal with mashed potatoes & gravy and a pepsi. Everything was ok. Chicken was definitely good! However, they did not give us the sauce we asked for, actually no sauce, no napkins, no utensils, the potato wedges were very soggy and not fresh and our drinks had way too much ice! Barely anything to drink. Price was decent for the 3 of us though. About $27 for all of that. That was my first experience at this type...
