SEVERLY NEGATIVE. As you read this NO I NEVER worked here I just know someone who does and as a paying customer everyone should know how employees get treated and that the store owners let it happen. It surprised me when I found out that the store manager would group text and tell the employees what they did wrong and not only embarrass them but scold them and let everyone in the group text know how long certain people will be there until they get fired. She has no respect for any of her employees unless it is her family or friends. She rehired her bestfriend (and bestfriends cousin)who quit without notice and normally would be outside smoking and talking with others or cussing in front of customers while making subs when they finally came in all while there was a long line and then fire others who were constantly getting complements and worked hard. Also Marissa (store manager) talks bad about not only customers but employees in front of other customers and employees. I know we live in a small town but to group text that " someone will not be there for much longer than says oops sorry I didn't realize I was in group text still.That was a mistake" is really irresponsible and childish for someone who is supposed to be a responsible store manager. We were going to get the $6 Subway Special. 1st Problem my friend ordered the Turkey Breast but they fixed the Carved Turkey which cost 50 cents more so instead of arguing I said no problem. 2nd Problem the older lady (the other two looked like high school students) was as rude as she could be as she was checking us out. Still kept my mouth shut. 3rd Problem While I was at the table I noticed (not even including my friends order in the conversation) I noticed I had been charged 45 cents too much. She kept telling me I was wrong that they gave a discount. I told her they were stealing from customers and I am going to report them to the state consumer affairs office, state tax commissioner and to the main Subway Corp. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI accidentally placed an order here on September 4th, meaning to place it for another location. The Subway mobile app directed me to call them to cancel the order. Cancelling it was no problem, but boy was getting a refund gonna be tough. Apparently they'll take your money over the app but they won't give it back. You've got to come up here in person for that, or you can call our handy customer service number! Well, unless you pay REAL close attention, their customer service number tells you to go to the website to contact them. That and they close very early in the day, so you may have to wait a few days before you can reach them. One call to corporate later and I find out that customer service actually doesn't do the refunds, the franchises do and I was given the wrong information. I call them back with this info and you know what? Same result. Not us, it's customer service. As far as I'm concerned this is literal thievery at this point.
