I went through the drive thru to make my order, paid with debit card. The Young man had no customer service mentality, was not friendly to speak to or had a friendly voice. He handed me back my debted card and no receipt. Handed me my drink n straw. I put it in my cup holder. Then he handed me the box. I asked for my receipt. He acted like he didnt know what i was asking and asked someone else, they told him it was in the box. Now why the receipt was not given to me with my debit card is a million dollar question? I drove from drive thru to a parking place to eat this. They were out of coleslaw and gave me mushy rice. It had a funny stale smell to it when I opened the container and you could hardly tell it was rice. It was just nasty! This is the worst chicken I have ever eaten, it was dried up, hard, over cooked, tasted like shoe leather and greasy as all. They gave me no napkins, what so ever. The worst French Fries ever, they were over cooked, dried out n hard, no taste to them no salt and also greasy. The sweet ice tea had no ice in it when i realized this. This was the worst place ive ever eaten. I know I will never eat here again and I wasted money on dried up, shoe leather garbage food. I did not get out of my car to take any of the remaining food back, due to the service I got. I was upset n angry and didn't want to argue for my money back. I will call the corporate office and file complain and request a refund. My receipt was so greasy you could see through the paper. I heard Bojangles has good chicken and I wanted to try it. (No bacon lettuce or tomato) Called and spoke with a manager who wasn't professional but accommodating once I mentioned speaking with corporate. I return hours later (had to pick up my son from work) and he accommodate me with the chicken club (didnt want anything spicy/greasy so close to bed time). I arrive at sons work, which is 15 min away, and there's no bacon or cheese on sandwich. (My fault I should have checked) so at this point for 15 min straight I'm trying to reach them and kept getting an error message. I even stopped back by on my way home of course the were closed but there were 3 vehicles in the parking lot and nobody even bothered to see what I needed.I believe training is needed on what comes on the sandwiches. If we just making them any kind of way, let me step behind the counter and make my own. Will not waste anymore time or gas trying to get them to make this right. You close at 10:00 and we came through the drive through at 9:15, but come on.... Thinking yea the food should be fine considering that we had to pull to a spot and wait for 10 mins for the food to cook. Thats fine don't mind that at all, BUT when you have to wait the food should be good right?!?! First off... Checked the bag before we left to make sure it was all there. Fries for my combo werent in the bag and the bo-rounds that we had werent even in the sleeve. Thats cool... Went back to the window to and got the fries. No biggie right. Get home to eat... My girlfirends Cajun filet biscuit was awful. The chicken was dry and looked like it been cooked for 2 hours or more... Then went to eat my fries and found that they were a mixture of rubber and cement cpuldnt even try to eat them.... My sandwich had what looked to be an entire bottle of mayo on it..... Get your act together people and care about what you serve people!!!!! More than likely wont go...
