I walked in and noticed the full bar. So, I decided to settle down and take a seat at a four-top. I was acknowledged by a server who asked if what I would like to drink. After giving he a beer order, she came back a few minutes later with a draft beer on a 24oz glass. The place was busy, so I distracted myself with other things while waiting for the server. About five minutes after, she came up and asked for my order (Crossroads Burger, single, with fresh cut fries). While waiting for my burger she checked for a refill. It was evident there is a strong local atmosphere here, with people greeting each other with hugs. There are a decent number of groups here with families and kids, so that gives me the impression this is a friendly place. I was brought my second beer about eight minutes after placing my order, and also not either the owner or a manager walking around picking up some stray napkins on the floor. After about 20 minutes my order came to the table. I figured if they were going to put their name on a burger, it should be good. It did not disappoint: the burger was smashed, well-reasoned, and juicy (medium), the jalapenos and pepper jack brought the right amount of heat, and the brioche bun was a good base to build on. I had pretty much finished my burger before the server checked in with me about ten minutes later. She was busy and I no complaints, so it's all good. The bar had completely cleared out about thirty minutes from my arrival, but my server asked if I'd like another beer, which I sure did, and I'm going to leave my review at that. Crossroads seems to be a good local place to grab a burger and a beer, and is community-based enough to make it family friendly. I'm going to relax with another beer and suggest you come here to do the same.

This is a fun Pub and Grill. I can see why there is always a large number of cars in the lot. We have driven by many times over the years on our way to some where, but tonight it was time for dinner. Our waitress was polite, quick and attentive. We ordered a talk draft and two waters to start. For dinner we decided to share a large house salad and an 11" deluxe pizza minus the banana peppers. The salads came almost immediately and the pizza was less than 15 minutes. We really enjoyed the pizza. It was easy on the sauce and cheese, but loaded with meat and veggies. The price was reasonable and we had a very enjoyable time. This is a family friendly place so bring the kids if you like.

Very good and inexpensive food! Was open on the fourth and I liked that they were open on a holiday. It’s hard to find things open on the holidays! We got Rueben Fries which were amazing , and haddock platter which was also amazing. It was very busy and they kept up with the volume. It’s not far from the highway if you driving and need a pit stop. Clean in there too and very good service!

For starters, my family and I are(now were) frequent flyers at crossroads. At least once a week we splurged on some good wings close to home but not anymore! This evening we received the worst service I'd say ever in a restaurant. Our order was wrong to start this experience, when we went back to fix it there was no apology that the order had been wrong. The waitress/bartender acted as if we were ridiculous for wanting our correct order! She reluctantly took back the incorrect order to fix it. My sister in law brought in the order of fries we had ordered after I brought in the other incorrect orders to see if we could get more fries. They give a wing box with literally a handful of fries. As we go about fixing that WE as their CUSTOMERS are told that we are pretty much wrong, by two other waitresses, for expecting a box full of fries because they generally come in a smaller box. We just ordered 30 wings and you give us a handful of fries that does not make sense to me. It would have fed one person. As this is going on we can hear the first waitress back in the kitchen talking about us! Once the correct order is back out with us I asked for the manager and they apparently do not have one on staff. They asked if we wanted the owners phone number so we took that. Placed a call to the owner who has yet to call me back. Bottom line we were frequent customers but after tonight's incident we will not go back. Rude staff No manager Ridiculous prices for small quantity No...

Pizza, burgers,& fries are excellent. Do NOT order Reuben sandwich. It used to be my go to. Unfortunately I found out the hard way, it’ll either be incredible or horrendous, you won’t know until you get it. I got one to go, once I got home I found that instead of their regular delicious corned beef it was made w meat that looked like canned dog food. Completely inedible. I live 20 mins away so returning food wasn’t an option. The next time I went in, I told bartender about it and she almost argued w me that they’ve always been made w meat like that. Now, I’ve been ordering them from here for years, at least 1x per week I’d get Reuben on my way home from work. Theyve never been served w finely ground up meat. Few weeks after this I spoke w owner about this and she assured me they hadn’t made changes to sandwich , it was a mistake. I chanced it, 1st time delicious as expected, 2nd time dog food. I no longer order each week and will never order rueben again. The atmosphere is welcoming & lively. Unfortunately we’ve always waited an exceptional amount of time for server to come. Because of this, I believe it must be from understaffing not employee call offs. We tried to order drinks at bar but bartender was too busy. After 10 mins i gave up. Once we placed our order it came out quickly and was fabulous. Overall, it’s a great place that we continue to support, their pizza is great. I recommend it as long as you have extra...
