Trece Tequilas was an absolutely outstanding place to eat — one of those rare restaurants that leaves a lasting impression long after the meal is over. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the tone: warm, lively, and inviting, with just the right mix of upscale charm and authentic Mexican flair. The décor is vibrant without being overdone, and the energy in the room feels contagious. Whether you’re coming for a casual lunch, a family dinner, or a night out with friends, Trece Tequilas makes every visit feel special.
The food is the real star. Every dish bursts with bold, fresh flavors that showcase the quality of the ingredients and the chef’s attention to detail. The fajitas come out sizzling and perfectly seasoned, the tacos are layered with rich, authentic spices, and the guacamole tastes like it was made just moments before it hit the table. The portions are generous, yet every bite feels carefully crafted. Even simple items like rice and beans have that home-cooked flavor that tells you nothing here is an afterthought.
Of course, you can’t go to Trece Tequilas without mentioning the drinks. The tequila selection is massive — one of the best you’ll find anywhere — and the margaritas are balanced to perfection: smooth, strong, and made with fresh lime instead of syrupy mix. The bartenders know their craft and are happy to make personalized recommendations.
What really ties everything together is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about creating a great dining experience. You never feel rushed, and every detail feels thoughtful. Trece Tequilas isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a celebration of great food, good company, and Mexican hospitality done right. It’s the kind of place you can’t wait to...
Read moreVery crowded @ arrival around 8pm. Wait for a table, but bar space was available. Order taken promptly, food came hot & faster than anticipated, but took several minutes for silverware afterwards. Food & drinks were good. Staff appeared not fully prepared for large crowd. We sat at bar, last thing I saw as waiting for check was a big concern. Saw a server from the floor making a drink flight in the prep area, dropped ice all over the counter of which she picked up & put that ice into the glasses & even put her fingers in one of the drinks to remove something. Definitely does not sound sanitary & I would not want to drink that. Pictured here is the taco flight & the berry mint margarita alongside a tall Blue Moon.
Edit: At the request of the restaurant for a description: female, blonde, small frame, average female height. Watch cameras for server @ the bar making 4 small clear stemmed glasses with a different color drink in each, around 8:45pm-ish. She stood near the far left end,...
Read morePlace only opened in August but appears to be successful as it was pretty busy when we stopped in for lunch. Menu is pretty typical for Tex Mex restaurants. We ended up ordering primarily from their combo section.
Chips and salsa were delivered as soon as we sat down as was the waitress to take our drink order. The chips were very thin and so seemed on the greasy side. The salsa was pretty plain as well so we asked for a hot sauce to punch it up and were given a bottle of green El Yucateco.
Our food came and there was plenty of it. Quality was just average though. We were really disappointed in the cheese burrito and the bean burrito. The rice tasted salty and lacked any other flavor.
On the other hand we liked the fajitas and the chile relleno. The question and Pico that came with several of our dishes were good too.
Bottom line: middle of the road...
