Nino's Pizzarama & Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Limerick Township

I don't know what it is and why this area sucks when it comes to pizza places, Chinese and the restaurants in general. I ordered a plain pizza and it was cold and it didn't taste like the same hot fresh tasty pizza I am use to getting from here. I could be wrong, I did hear from someone that the place was sold and is under new ownership. Whatever the deal is don't waste your money, this is the last time I am ordering from here. Delivering a cold pizza and a buffalo chicken personal stromboli that tastes like the sauce was mixed with mayo and ketchup. These people don't know how to make pizza and has made the list of many crappy pizza places in Montgomery county. Absolutely unacceptable. Delivering a cold pizza. Good luck with that. I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place. The person working at the front was rude and unprofessional. The way he spoke to customers made it feel like we weren’t welcome, almost as if he didn’t want us there at all.

Even more concerning, I saw him handling the pizza without gloves. He touched the pizza, his phone, and even his hair — all without washing his hands. That’s a serious hygiene issue and not acceptable, especially when dealing with food.

I won’t be coming back, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve both customer service and cleanliness.

I agree with the other reviewers, good food but not worth the 90 minute delivery time. Ordered through DoorDash at 8:45, called at 9:45 and was told the two cheesesteaks I ordered were on the way. Called back at 10:00 and was told the driver had three orders to deliver and is still on his way. I waited another ten minutes and then canceled the order at 10:10. Even if I did get my food after a 90 minute wait, if I was the third guy on that delivery the cheesesteaks would be cold.

EDIT - Update, food was eventually delivered after the ordered was cancelled. DoorDash delivery time when the order was placed was 9:13-9:23, actual delivery...
