Tip Top Wings — Restaurant in Lincoln Heights

The last 3 visits I have been disappointed because I never get what I asked for.. The wings were good fried or party. So. I decided to order other menu items. The philly steak was great. The just forget the mushrooms. The other 2 times I asked for extra pickles on sandwich and get no pickles. He repeats it back right. So I don't understand why no pickles? If they don't have them, they should just say. This is edited from 2 years ago.12/31/23. So I haven’t been to this place since then. Even they told me I can get a sandwich. I ordered the mix and match on the menu. I get there the card machine is not working. They had me waiting about 10 minutes. Told me to come back and pay with cash. I go out of my way to get the cash. I also ordered more food again. I realize that my 1st order was missing the coleslaw. I told him I was missing it . Long story short they claimed the menu on the site wasn’t correct and I don’t get another side . Even though it says 2 sides. They wouldn’t honor it. So they wasted about 25 minutes of my time and I didn’t get good customer service. I will not be back as a customer. Oh I canceled my 2nd order because of the foolishness they put me through. I feel I could have at least gotten offered a drink. Wow 2 years later and I tried to give them...

Yasssssss ...Yall so we had this for the first time yesterday and it was 🔥 we ordered deep fried philly cheese steak and the deep fried chicken philly and fried wings..baby when I tell you nobody in the city make them deep fried phillys better the flavor is EVERYTHING! The wings were crispy and full of flavor I asked for the tiptop wing sauce then realized this morning I forgot to use it but you don't need anything on the wings at all they are crispy and full of flavor so this morning I said let me taste this sauce since I missed it ..and it was some good spicey sauce 😋 The service was excellent the guy was really nice he let my fiance taste the gyro meat and it was fresh and tasty so I bet money the gyro items are good.. The food soo good I just went back for more today The guy told me I would be back and he was not lying 💯 and the prices are great you get your money's worth for sure He puts the other wing spots to shame! Stopped in by mistake… thinking I was going to a different restaurant that was considered a “hidden gem.” The place is an old Taco Bell. We ordered a cheeseburger, chicken tender with lemon pepper and fries. The very helpful gentleman that helped us said it would take about 10 min. So we decided to get dessert first that he said they make in house. We had Oreo cheesecake and lemon cake that was both equally delicious…we actually ended up ordering 2 more slices of the lemon cake to go.
