I’ve visited Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Lincoln Park multiple times now, and each visit continues to impress me with its consistently delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared food. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities here. The portions are generous, leaving me feeling satisfied and full without breaking the bank, and their prices are just right for the generous servings they offer.

One of the standout aspects of my visits has been the exceptional service provided by Jeffrey. Not only did he serve me with a friendly smile, but he also took the time to make my meal himself, ensuring everything was perfect. Jeffrey’s attentive nature and genuine recommendations made my experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear he cares about making each customer feel welcome and valued, which truly sets Bubbakoo’s apart.

I've recently moved to the Lincoln Park area and quickly found Bubakoo’s Burritos to be one of my favorite spots. It’s super convenient being so close to home and I’ve been there quite a few times for both lunch and dinner. Every visit has been great, and I always feel welcomed—staff members are consistently friendly and make me feel right at home. One of the things I really enjoy is how fresh and flavorful everything is. The menu has a solid variety of burritos, bowls, and tacos. I’m a big fan of their chicken burrito—it's packed with flavor and always hits the spot. The vegetarian options are also worth mentioning, especially the grilled vegetables, which are cooked just right. The guacamole is always fresh and seasoned perfectly, making it a great side or snack.

Jeffrey, who’s usually the one helping me out, has been fantastic. He’s always friendly and attentive and he’s got some great recommendations. He suggested I try the nachos with salsa on the side, which I do from time to time and they’re always a good call. He also recommended the fried Oreos, which I decided to give a try—those don’t disappoint at all! They’re the perfect sweet treat after a meal. I also appreciate the little details, like how the staff greets me warmly every time I walk in. It really makes a difference and adds to the relaxed vibe of the place.

I plan to start using their mobile app soon, since I’ve heard it offers discounts and a points system—definitely a nice perk for someone who’s planning to keep coming back.

The only small thing I’d mention is that during busy hours, around 7:30 pm, it can get a bit hectic with just one person taking and making orders. I understand that this is likely a staffing decision made by the management or owner and I don’t fault the staff at all—they’re always doing their best. I just hope you can find a way to improve the experience during peak times in the future.

So, if you notice most of my reviews receive high marks. Let's start with the good. This was my third visit and the food is delicious. As a matter of fact, I was here last Saturday purchasing a quesedilla and 2 other orders. I loved it so much, wanted to share my experience with Son. So, today, I attended asking for two Quesedillas, the creator said "do I want anything else". Of course, I replied "no". She started grilling the Steak and Shrimp (no problem, figure she would ask what I wanted in it after). Ten minutes go by and my order is ready... WAIT WHAT!?!?!??!!?!?

I explained that I wanted other items added but wasn't asked. (They did a great job on Saturday night when I made the same order).

At this point I request my order to be recreated with the items wanted. I noticed 4 people working and all looked at me as if my request was absurd.

Nonetheless they complied, but here is why my review has 2 stars. All the time they made me feel like it was my fault (I guess as a customer it would have been better to take what was given even though it was not what I wanted). To add insult upon injury, one of the employees had the nerve to speak to my Son and tell him that I "needed to speak up". I didnt have this problem on Saturday, I was asked.

After bragging about how great this place was to my Son and a few other..... Foods is great, but employees left a bad taste...
