I’ve been coming here for years but the last few times I haven’t been happy with the service. I went yesterday for a gel manicure and it really is very bad. First off I’d been working for weeks on growing out my nails and I told her I just wanted them trimmed a little. She took off half the nail with the filing And the shape is just a mess. She was also very aggressive with the cuticle clipper. She was basically ripping them off and made them bleed. She clearly had no idea how to use them. When it came to painting she didn’t come all the way to the edge on every coat and didn’t clean the area around the cuticle very well. The polish was also terrible quality because it’s separating. It was a peachy pink color but there’s splotches of pink all over the nail. One final issue, there was a small piece of fuzz stuck in one of the layers and instead of cleaning off the nail and repainting it, she just globbed polish over it in an attempt to hide it but you can still see through. This place does a nice pedicure and manicure, but what I really wanted to leave a review about is the extent they go to make customers feel safe during covid. They are appointment only and there were only 3-4 customers inside when I was there (and I only got in via a cancellation) they take temperatures of everyone coming in, ask you to hand sanitize (multiple times including before you leave), have plexi glass installed at every chair and pedicure station, and thoroughly lysoled their stations and equipment before and after use. It felt safe being there and the everyone was respecting each other’s space/wearing masks, etc. Great...

Really friendly and still follow COVID protocol. Maybe that makes some people annoyed but I am comfortable knowing they are probably clean on the back side too. Everyone was really nice and it’s not very crowded. Thanks ladies!

Quick update, 10 days in and my pedi is still perfect and my nails just chipped enough for me to remove them. This is not a gel man/pedi and I wash my hands so much that it usually chips within 2-3 days. I’m so impressed. I used the brighter pink color (forgot the brand but it wasn’t the Essie or...
