Got my family's entire order wrong, not a single item from the order was correct. I have allergies and so does my family so this store's negligence in outright ignoring clearly stated requests to remove lettuce and tomato from the sandwiches means we can't even eat this order. The kid at the register also charged us three times. $90 for what would've been a $30 order. They would not refund it back to the card and instead just gave me a fistfull of cash, which was also the wrong amount. And they were rude to me the whole way through. I don't care how swamped the store was at the time, this is unacceptable. Not a single thing that couldn't go wrong, didn't go wrong.

I’m not sure of the name of the woman working the first register today but she was rude to me as I ordered, which I can handle as an adult. What really bothered us was the way she treated the young staff who were trying their best.
