I have never been to a McDonald's as bad as this one I always tell myself I'm not going to come back because it's conveniently located but however I have boycotted a lot and have decided that after multiple and multiple mistakes and going into complaint to the manager about how often my food is wrong I said I was going to once again for the third time call the 1-800 number The manager rolled her eyes looked at me and said go ahead and call we're used to it and walked off never said sorry or anything the best scores of action for this owner I believe it is privately owned is to clean house The problem is they have employees that do not like to do their jobs I've heard them complain multiple times and also had them come out and make a group of gentlemen that were there drinking coffee and leave on a rude fashion by saying they were there for too long I will not eat here anymore and I'm very disappointed there are so many complaints about this McDonald's and McDonald's continuously doesn't seem to do anything to correct the problem I have spent a lot of money they are and so do hard-working customers who expect good customer service and a great experience when they give people their money at the end of the day you all get a paycheck because of customers who expect to have exceptional service I also read any newspaper one time that a local and regular customer got so mad that they threw their hamburger in the drive-thru window for being incorrect so many times and they had contacted law enforcement and I believe he was arrested this should serve as a lesson to Sanford McDonald's I generally try to leave anything good or anything positive that I can but very disappointed customer you will no longer receive our money and are also boycotting McDonald's too...
Read moreThey have the freshest, hottest, food! Especially at lunch! Reliably so! The midland McD's don't stand a chance to the freshness they offer! The fries and nuggets are almost always hot, at the very least very warm! HOT POTATO... Literally! No cold fries here! Make sure to grab a salt packet (add to your order, grab yourself inside, or ask in the Drive-thru when handed your order). They sometimes forget to salt the fresh hot fries (approx 40 - 50% of the time)!
They do make mistakes (who doesn't?) but they're spot on with my order 95% of the time!
If there's anything you take from this review... Please let it be: "USE THE MCDONALD'S PHONE APP", their deals / loyalty points will save you a lot of $$. I wouldn't recommend Wendy's or a lot of others. They save you some serious money! The McDonald's app in the drive-thru also saves a lot of time. You roll up say just your mobile app order code. You can skip the first drive-thru window if you don't need your receipt (you should have it digitally anyway... so why bother?).
The main caveat to the fresh hot food is you might have to wait a little longer for your food. In the Drive-thru that means one of their parking spots for a couple of mins (avg 3 min, 5 min max in my experience). Totally worth it in my opinion, understand if that's a deal breaker for others.
Using the Drive-Thru and McDonald's mobile app should save you enough time to make up for your 3 min wait for hot fresh fries / nuggs :D

Read moreSo Karen strikes once again and loses my business for the foreseeable future. At around 7 30 pm on the night of Dec 1 2021 I was parked outside the farthest drive thru lane. A place where other similar, and many larger vehicles park and I was looking over the menu. I had only been there a few minutes when what could only be considered in today's vernacular to be a karen spoke through the speaker to tell me I couldn't be there as I apparently posed a "safety hazard". I asked how that could be and she answered that that's where vehicles pull around the building. I informed her that I wasn't blocking any lanes, drive thru or otherwise. She responded very rudely that that wasn't her point. (This is where I had enough. I was in a place where other vehicles are all the time. The business wasn't in any way busy and I wasn't blocking anything or anyone. She just wanted to try to boss someone around.) I can only assume she had just became a manager or that she was trying to become one. Very rude. I told her "Never mind, thank you karen" and drove away. I won't be returning. This was my final straw with this branch. They had gotten my orders wrong on multiple occasions and their wait times had been horrible. I had my previous review as a 3 star. If I could rate it...
