Paletederia Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Lincoln Township

Definately over priced. Usually it is okay definitely not amazing, if the product was quality & prepared well the prices would be perfect. We ordered 2 large milkshakes it's medium in size charged around 5$. Not many people were there yet it took an extremely long time to receive the order. The biggest thing was the extremely large, approximately 5/8 inch × 1.25" thick chunks of ice in the shake. No one makes milkshakes with Ice except Palatederia. Ice is usually used for smoothies, slushies, as a filler. Milkshakes are generally made with cream maybe very small ground ice if you need to water it down and use less product. We have visited several times & have never been greated with politenes, we put up with it because there are not many option's. I know times are tough but WOW. I'm not going to leave a good review just because its a small family owned buisness. I think people are afraid to say anything because if you do & return it's even worse. Small towns can be horrible. Speak up & stop kissing up you shouldn't have to just get what you get & not communicate when it's awful quality & met with rude behavior. Not to mention something is wrong with their septic system is smells horrible in there. Last time we will go. I'm not a Kevin just speaking the truth because no one else will. I hate writing bad reviews. I want to see small businesses flourish but they can't if no one gives feedback when they have paid to experience unaccceptable service & quality. I hope they make small changes...

I thought this was a Hispanic ice cream shop and was afraid I wouldn't be welcome there but I was wrong. The ice cream is delicious, the prices are great, they have so much to offer here it's really worth trying. I think once you try it you will be hooked.
