China Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lincoln

It was mid morning in the afternoon and the heat was unbearable. Me and my phone thought what places are open my places are nearby. We thought to ourselves and we came up with the same idea. We both said let's go to China Garden. After we came to the conclusion we thought of the menu. We search for the menu and found it online and it was very convenient. After we look at the menu we found out that most of the food was delicious looking. We made our picks and ordered egg foo young chicken and combination number 6. By the end of the meal we were both satisfied and very full, but we could not tell the future by the end of the meal. 15 minutes after the meal we were both tap dancing next to the bathroom. Once my cheeks pressed against the porcelain I had an onslaught of the runs that not even Indiana Jones can get away from. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at China Garden in Lincoln, NE, and I can’t say enough good things about their exceptional service! Last night, we placed an order right as they were closing, and instead of turning us away or showing any frustration, the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. They took our order with genuine warmth and ensured everything was prepared quickly and perfectly. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. We had a large group order and specifically asked for entrees to be labeled clearly as to either the item number or the person's name (by phone, and it was confirmed they could do this for us). When they finally showed up--they were 20 minutes late!!--nothing was labeled and we had to figure out what item belonged to who, and many of them look very similar except perhaps some were spicy and some were note. Very disgusted with this, my first and last order from this horrible place. The food is good, but only if you get what you ordered and on time.
