So sad to have to put 2. Iâd put 1 but this used to be my favorite spot so 2 stars it is. We went through the drive through because their in store service is closed. Even for a pick up order. (I always do app pick up in store Bc itâs the easiest). After waiting a while, we were greeted at the window with two large incorrect drinks and one correct drink. The two that were incorrect were identical and the wrong thing that was ordered. My boyfriend, not realizing, drives away as he hands me both saying âhey you got two!â Thinking it was my lucky day. After further inspecting, they charged him for both and it wasnât the drink wanted. Frustrated, because the dining room / in store was closed so I didnât know what to do. After calling them, we had to go back through the drive through if we wanted anything fixed. After waiting an even LONGER time (Saturday afternoon on a Husker game dayâŚ) we reached the window only to be treated like we didnât know anything. The manager grabbed two cartons of something and tried to explain that what we received was correct. The difference between a strawberry jackfruit refresher and a pink strawberry coconut refresher was really hard for them to understand and apparently assumed I was wrong. After finally getting through to them that it was A COCONUT REFRESHER (literally donât know how many times I said coconut refresher) another woman comes and hands us the correct drink and the difference between the two wrong drinks total and the correct drinks total. Hence they made us pay for this drink after making us go through the drive through twice and talking to us like we had no idea what we were ordering. Literally SO FED UP. Iâve LOVED this location because it used to have its poop in a group. Now I feel like I canât trust to go there anymore. Unfortunately I will have to look for a different coffee spot until they have things figured out. That is just ridiculous. And yes Iâm taking my time to write this because they need to be aware! I understand the pandemic is putting everyone in a pinch. But treating your customers in a poor manner is NOT the result of a pandemic. Itâs the result of a poor employee. Do...
Read moreThis morning, I made an order as I often do (The same order I always make) but this time instead of getting loaded hashbrowns, I got a wrap and I was confused so I ran inside real quick to see what happened and as I was reading the receipt, I was questioning if maybe I had ordered it incorrectly or said it wrong. So I asked the very nice staff member at the front desk if I had ordered it incorrectly, and as she went back to talk to her manager to say that I wanted something different than what I received. The Manager very rudely and loudly said âWELL THATS NOT WHAT SHE SAID?!â It was extremely ill mannered and rude to speak about a customer in the manner that she did. I did not want to cause problems and I was very kind and reassuring that I was unsure if I had maybe said the wrong thing. I was understanding but the manager was not at all understanding and instead very much put the blame on me in a belligerent manner. I grabbed my bag And said never mind because it was very obvious that it was too inconvenient for her and she made it very well known. The attitude of this specific Manager has caught me off guard on multiple occasions, but today was crossing the line in her tone of voice and the way that she...
Read moreI'm going to be transparent in this review; I came to Dunkin' Donuts only as a part of a national protest. In 2015, Dunkin' Donuts publicly announced they are going to be receiving eggs from 100% cage-free suppliers within 7 years. As of right now, their commitment is only 11% and falling away short. They have also failed to be transparent with the public of a working plan on how they are going to successfully meet this 100% cage-free layer hen supply chain. When layer hen chickens are raised in metal battery cages, there are 7 to 8 birds placed in them only allowing individual room of less than a size of standard paper. This excessive crowding destroys their social order and often stresses the chickens so much that they will harm each other and sometimes cannibalize because they are subjected to this limited space their entire lives. The industry solutions the harm factor by cutting the tips of the chickens beaks off without any anesthetic. Please pressure Dunkin' Donuts to reduce animal suffering but only using cage-free chicken suppliers! This protest was covered by channel 8 News Lincoln Nebraska on Sunday June 19th on the 5:30 news...
