Went Sunday, December 22, 2024 roughly 7:00 pm. Hostess was pleasant. But tried to set my daughter and I right inside the dining area, where everyone going in and out would have to pass by us, I begged off and got us moved to a back corner. Waitress showed up. Absolutely no facial expression and immediately asked for our drink order, but there was no mention of what drinks were available. She said, "We have Coke products and lemonade." So I asked for Mello Yello. She just flatly said, "Sprite". "No, I asked for Mello Yello.", .."We don't have that so Sprite." No..lemonade. She returned 5 minutes later and dead pan handed the lemonades over and asked what's your order. I asked what cheeses were in the lasagna, as the menu said there were three and covered with mozzarella. She just said...I think ricotta. We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo, and mastaccoli. Daughter went to the bathroom...she showed pictures of the bathroom. Filthy sink area, toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor and hair in the sink. Twenty plus minutes later our food showed up. Again waitress without facial expression. We made it two bites in to our food and my daughter says.."Dad, there's hair hanging from your fork...." As I put the third bite into my mouth. We decided to take a picture of it, told the hostess we were ready to go as we found hair in our food. I told the waitress again we wanted to leave immediately as we found hair in our food. Was presented bill for $40.71, I paid and we left immediately. Might have been an off night for both waitress and kitchen, but we won't be ordering in or dining in any time soon

One of the best pizzas in town. The staff is so fun and friendly. Great service and food. - I have to revise my review. We ordered two thin crust pizzas, but were delivered regular crust pizzas. Mistakes happen. We drove to the store and asked for replacements. The manager came out and explained that we needed to order "extra thin crust" because what we received was the thin crust. I asked if he had looked at the pizzas we received. He said that he had, and holding his fingers an inch apart, he told me that was regular crust. I have been coming here for almost 20 years. I know what your thin crust looks like. GFY.

If we are getting pizza in Lincoln, it is either going to be Piezano's, Lazzari's, or Ramos. I can't pick a favorite, they are different enough and I like all of them. We do like the Piezano's Chips and Sticks more than the sides from the other places. We have recently expanded our orderings from Piezano's to pasta and calzones. Portions are huge. We always have leftovers. It doesn't matter if it is pizza, pasta, or calzones. I would always recommend to Piezano's for anybody looking for pizza or anything else they serve.

We have never physically eaten IN Piezano's and decided to last night for a special treat for our two year old who just potty trained, it was her big day. We arrived around 6:10pm with her and our 3 month old. We planned to eat then go home and get the two in bed. There was only one other table there when we arrived, so I thought, great, this will be nice and fast--nope. It literally took at least 3-5 minutes to be greeted and seated, and another 15 to be asked if we wanted drinks, then what seemed like forever to be served the drink. The two year old was asking for dinner, and there we were a half hour later FINALLY being asked if we were ready to order, um yes!! We did a half and half (husband needed a light on the cheese side for health)-----we spent another 30 minutes waiting, so about an hour and fifteen minutes so far, with a hungry 2 year old and a baby. More people filtered in, none had been served. One table, parents with 4 kids , had to have their mom leave without her eating and they stayed behind to eat, since it was taking so long and she had to be somewhere. I felt bad for everyone. There was no real waitress there until past 7pm and it was obviously understaffed. We had to go get our own booster seat (they said they would get one, never did or came back so I went and found them) Husband found some crayons to occupy the 2 year old (so we did not even know there was a kids menu) They did not bring me my drink, so my husband reminded them. Felt like we were fending for ourselves. Finally past 7:10 our pizza came--hooray--but it was not what we ordered!! So the waitress was kind and said they could go redo it and make our actual order , at that point my husband just wanted to leave, 2 year old was starving, so I said we will keep the wrong one so she can eat. We awkwardly ate the pizza, they comped it which was nice but not the point.....it was not about money---it was the experience, the wait, the lack of any care or concern. The wrong pizza was GOOD but it was so hard to enjoy after all of this! And, I really wanted the one I ordered! So just a note to those with small children or time they cannot spare---this may not be the...

If I could give this experience negative stars I would. Our family has been coming to Piezanos for years. It's always been fantastic. Tonight's experience was literally the worst experience I have had in a restaurant... ever. We ordered 2 pizzas, C-shells, a cheesesteak and the kids mac and cheese. The only thing that came out correctly was the mac and cheese. It took almost an hour for us to get any food. All of the food came out at different times. The pizza came out first. The pizza dough was still raw in the middle with almost no sauce. It had no flavor. The cheesesteak came out late because they "forgot to toast the bread". The garlic bread that comes with the pasta came out next, the marinara was ice cold and the cheese was barely melted. The C-Shells finally came out 15-20 minutes after the cheesesteak because "they forgot to thaw more frozen shells". When it did arrive it was literally boiling watery soup. There was no way you could've eaten it without a bowl and a ladle. And the cheese on top was burnt. No one at our table even touched the shells. When we complained before leaving the girl who was supposedly "the manager", really seemed not to care. She did cut down our bill quite a bit but seemed very non chalant and unapologetic. She also kept making excuses for the food which was rather annoying. The whole experience was terrible. Piezanos has lost a family of life long...
