As much as I love Runza, this specific location was a complete disappointment 😞 I went through their drive-thru yesterday and was treated SO poorly I will NEVER be going back. As the lady took my order, she sounded mad/frustrated. When I got to the window to pay for my order, the guy that took my payment slammed the windown after handing me my card back. When I received my food, I checked my bags to make sure everything was there, and he gave me the death stare. I asked for my receipt, and he rudely said it was in the bag. I understand fast food can be a very hard job, and it isn't much pleasant, but we are not all bad customers. I felt discriminated in a way. I will be taking my money somewhere else next time. After finally making it to the window, while waiting for my card back, I could hear them clear as day making fun of the way I talk.(due to a slight studder when having to repeat myself as many times as I did.) Causing me to feel extremely uncomfortable, upset, and Self conscious. But what made it all worse was when I got home, and took my first bite of my bacon cheese burger. RAW BACON. Yes! Raw bacon. Read more40th and Randolph is less then Ideal when I come to represent Nebraska this location is cold and not even close to Nebraskan Hospitality. The drive thru person was so blah and didn’t give me a receipt upon transaction she quickly closed the window. The hospitality died at this location even when the roads are closed not even busy. I worked at Runza and this has got to be the worst experience again at this location.
