After leaving the subway off of Nicholas where I received awful customer service and a poor selection of breads (they didn't even have flatbread which comes out of the freezer) I headed to the subway off of Stearling parkway, hoping for a better selection of bread and service. There, I received the same level of poor customer service, which worsened when the employee tried to charge me $6 for a 6' veggie delight with no cheese or avocado, and then proceeded to charge my boyfriend $8 for a $6' turkey sandwich. To top off my experience here, I got home about 5 minutes later, excited to open up my sandwich and devour it as I have not eaten today, only to find it covered in mold. I headed back to subway for the third time today, and as I presented the employee with my mold ridden sandwich, he gave me an attitude and did not offer a remade sandwich or refund at all. He said "sorry." And then looked at me like I was to do something about it. I kept my cool and kindly asked for a refund. I do feel the need to post about this experience however, as ingesting mold can kill people, and the employee who made my sandwich removed the last slice of wheat flatbread from the bag and served it to me. Read moreI wish I could give less stars. Placed an order on the app 4/3 for pickup on 4/3. Received a confirmation that the order would be ready 4/4. After calling the location several times on 4/3 and nobody picking up the phone I thought maybe they closed early and decided to go ahead and pick it up on 4/4. Arrive at the location 10 minutes before my pickup time and big surprise, someone is in there but the doors are locked and they do not open the door. After calling several times and still not having anyone answer the phone I decide to call on Monday to have the problem resolved. STILL nobody answers the phone. Today, four days after placing the order I go in to the location and am told the order was thrown away on 4/3 even though the confirmation shows for 4/4. I showed the confirmation to the employee who stated it was wrong and there is nothing they will do to either refund the money or make the sandwiches. Read moreI’ve honestly never had such an awful experience at a Subway in my life. The staff at this location were flat-out rude and acted like doing their job was too much to ask. They forgot my entire footlong cookie, and when I politely asked about it, instead of apologizing, they accused me of lying and even suggested I was hiding it. I was completely shocked — that’s such an insulting way to treat a paying customer.
On top of that, they make customers feel super uncomfortable for using promo codes, like you’re somehow doing something wrong for trying to use a deal they advertised. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve walked out feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
