We have been here many times in the past and have always had a great experience. This last time when we were up for Columbus Day weekend 2020, we ordered nachos as an appetizer and they arrived cold and appeared as if they were prepared at a gas station. It was some Tostitos that were drenched and cheese sauce and had a few jalapeños on top. The chips were very soggy cold in almost inedible. We then ordered two burgers cooked medium which arrived just as our nachos had arrived and were so raw that the buns were completely saturated with juices from the burger. Once we cut them open we realized that the meat was not cooked at all in only blackened on the outside and no meat on the inside was cooked. We then went back again for breakfast the next morning thinking that maybe things would be different and boy were we wrong. The breakfast “buffet” in years past included a vast variety of different breakfast foods including scrambled eggs hashbrowns sausage bacon pancakes waffles yogurt cereal breads such as toast and bagels and pretty much anything you could think of that would be available for breakfast.Once again we were severely disappointed this year with the offerings for breakfast. It was some watery scrambled eggs undercuts home fries non-crispy bacon some on the verge of expiration fruit salad and oatmeal. There was no breads including toast or Bagels know waffles no pancakes and quite honestly the food was subpar. I am extremely disappointed in the downward trend that this restaurant has shown with our lead us to visit. While the staff was exceptional amazing caring and charismatic, this is something that would absolutely deter me from staying or eating at the...
Read moreTerrible. The hostess was fine, the server no. Husband ordered clam chowder, which never arrived. I ordered salmon which comes with mashed potatoes and carrots. Said I didn't like carrots server said we can do double mashed or salad. I said a salad was great. Asked what kind of dressing I said house. Ordered pretzels sticks (which were great) and then out came our food. No chowder, no salad just two fish plates with mashed and carrots and both cold. Tartar sauce seemed like a foreign substance to them. It was nothing resembling a tartar sauce, more like a spicy mayo. I don't complain so i didn't bring it up. But when we got the bill a gratuity of $10.90 had already been added for using a coupon. I highly suggest to for go this restaurant, anything down the strip would be better and more reasonably priced. This restaurant is not...
Read moreProbably the worst breakfast and service I have ever experienced.
They have a breakfast buffet, but because we were a table of 4 and 1 person was gluten free, everyone had to have the same plated GF meal.
I walked to the buffet to get a "real" bagel or toast and waitress charged me for the toast.
Server was rude and condescending. There was no flexibility with anything.
Including my coupon for 2 free complete breakfasts, my bill was almost $70. They added a 20% tip to my bill, despite having service worthy of them comping all of our meals, and then some.
Do yourself a favor, stay away. McDonald's is just down the street. You'll spend a hell of a lot less, plus get better food and service.
Update: Food Service Director called me to apologize and agreed there were some training issues. Hopefully, if you go, you will have a...
