Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

I'm very disappointed about my experience today I drove all the way from the north side to try this coffee place out and turns out the 2 things I ordered are not great first off they had a buy one get one free on there website if u signed up I never got the email but they still honored it except u would think u would buy one of course higher priced one and think the second one would be the same size I ordered a 32 oz eggnog blender and was expecting to receive a 32oz frozen lemonade as that was the other drink I wanted except I got a 16 oz which doesn't make no sense and the eggnog blender was $8.74 apparently buy one get one free to them is a free 16oz drink when it should have been a 32 oz but that's ok cause the frozen lemonade is way lower quality than Chick-fil-A's frozen lemonade ZIGGI'S frozen lemonade taste like pure lemonade kool-aid thats how sweet it is and its super gross but i guess if your into drinking pure sugar might be your cup of tea now Chick-fil-A's frozen lemonade is actually really good I highly recommend and creamy anyway back to ZIGGI'S now the eggnog blender that was the lowest amount of coffee ever mcdonalds puts more expresso in there caramel frappe's and to top it off they gave me a straw to small for the 32 oz cup if your gonna serve 32 oz drinks get the correct straw size at least I had a tall enough straw at home to finish my drink as I wouldn't have been able to with...

I would like to let you guys know how much I appreciate the great service you provided to us this Thanksgiving day! This was our first time coming in, and despite the fact that it's a holiday, you guys gave us the best service I could imagine! The Turtle Coffee was absolutely delicious, you staffed plenty of people for the rush, and you were kind to us despite the fact that you're working on a holiday. Thank you for letting me and partner use your lobby for our morning date, we don't get a lot of days off together due to our work schedules, so we like to make the most of the time that we have together. You made this Thanksgiving perfect, and I can't wait to be back for another...

Edit: I placed a mobile order and made a fatal mistake. I placed it at 9:50 for 10:15 pickup with respect for the workers and the amount of time it takes, any crowd, etc. Being considerate, I checked in at the counter at 10:05 just to have some wiggle room. Big mistake. I saw the drive thru cycle through 3 times while I waited.

I finally got my drinks at 10:50. Had I just hopped in the drive-thru, like anyone else who had a hankering for coffee, I could've presented my mobile order and gotten my drinks and left by 10:20. I will never wait...
