This is the worst place to eat!! We were the only ones there and it was hot as hell inside so we ordered ice water to drink and there were 2 cubes of ice in tap water which melted before the food was served and the water was room temperature. I just got off work on the farm and was looking forward to cold water and a good meal!! The food really had no flavor at all and the portions wouldn't even fill up my 3 year old especially the egg roll that was as big as my pinky!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to even the homeless and that's saying a lot!! I buy food for the homeless and pass it out when I can and I wouldn't even put them through the turmoil of eating it, I barely took a couple bites and had to call it good!! If you're in the yuba/Sutter area of California on North Beale road don't stop here!! You want some Bomb Chinese food and are in the area look up China Moon in Marysville CA. Ordered dinner for delivery. Food never came. No phone call to inform us our order wasn't coming.

Tried calling, no answer. Assumed juat busy as it was a friday night. Waited 2 hours before realizing food just wasn't coming at all and ordered elsewhere.

Recieved an email 14 hours after placing the order stating order cancelled. Called beyond menu to find out why, as restaurant not yet open for the day. They informed me that the order was cancelled because China Garden closed early unexpectedly. Claimed China Garden couldn't reach us by phone.

Hogwash. I doubled checked and the number I provided was accurate and functional.

Restaurant hasn't been open since unexpectedly closing early Friday night, even though scheduled to be open sat and sun.

Unprofessional. A courtesy call should have been made instead of us sitting hungry for 2 hours before concluding on our own...

Small, Slow, and only decent food. Service is apathetic at best, with kids riding scooters inside and around the kitchen.

Egg roll tasted like the Walmart frozen ones and was mushy, orange chicken was more better than chicken, and the egg fried rice was really just steamed rice with an egg cracked over it. Maybe only half an egg. The menu also said my combo came with rice and chowmein, but I only got rice with them stating it says "or" on the menu, even though it clearly says "and" on the menu, which I grabbed a copy of to prove.

One good thing was the shrimp chowmein which I am told by my companion was good.
