The pizza is great. I used to go out of my way to order their pizza. The customer service is absolutely awful. Twice I have called in an order for pick up and been told they were busy and it would take 30 minutes to prepare. When I get there, they can't even find my ticket and no pizzas have been made. This last time was well into our pandemic and I'm wearing my mask, ready to go into a restaurant that has closed dine in service for health concerns and I find a family sitting down to eat, no one in the building has a mask on and they don't have my order. The man that was on his phone more than he was helping with anything spoke to the cook and got my pizza started. I wait. It gets rung up as $10.99 plus tax and I explained that I knew they had a special for my order for $9.99. They would not honor the exact paper they have advertising their specials on the counter. I asked the man if he was the owner or manager and he chastised me for getting upset. Do you know what happens to a slightly upset person gets told to calm down? The opposite happens, so yes, they kept their pizza tonight and I won't be back. They're rude, incompetent, and will charge you more when they feel like it.

Don't miss this gem when you're traveling through Linden. The food was excellent. I especially like that the salad bar items are finely chopped. I prefer chopped salad. We had a thin crust pepperoni & and onion, which was fantastic. I prefer the thin crust a little crisper, but it was when I reheated it. I probably just ate it while it was still too hot. There are 2 features that make Venice Pizza stand out. First, there is a fantastic pizza buffet from 11-2pm every day. And, the cost of foods is SOOOI. Reasonable. We couldn't believe it! Don't miss out, y'all!

Venice Pizza is nice pizzaria on the historic courthouse square in Linden, Texas. The courthouse is considered to be the oldest courthouse in continuous operation in Texas. Next door is the Groovy Armadillo; which is an interesting curio shop. There, Lucky and Janelle offer all kinds gift items for sale. Go in and have a look and a bite to eat on The Square in Linden.

Venice pizza LINDEN TEXAS Let me begin by saying I've done business with this restaurant several times a month for a couple years now. Several hundreds spent giving them business because I believe in supporting your local businesses. Now approximately 2 weeks ago me and my folks all got extremely sick from food poisoning from the pizza we got from Venice IN LINDEN TEXAS. I simply requested to speak with the upper management to notify them that possibly there was some bad meat or cheese coming out of the kitchen so they could do some proper quality control to ensure no one else would get sick. Never received a call back let alone an apology for the bad food that got my family sick. I spoke with the management today and was given excuse after excuse as to why we got sick . At the least they should have offered to make it right by remaking the pizza with fresh ingredients. But literally all I got was attitude and a lecture on them needing a doctor's note!! I will no longer be doing any business with this establishment nor would I recommend any one else buy food from them. Venice pizza you should be ashamed...

Venice Pizza, the only game in town, so I guess that's why they feel they don't have to address their customers complaints. They simply don't care. Management is a complete joke. After several attempts to reach out to Management about their pizza having bad tasting meat on it that made our friends and family sick, they repeatedly lied to us. They never apologized and repeatedly said that they had no authorization to refund our money for the bad pizza and stated that the owner of the store was out of the country and not even in the same time zone!! Im a local here and know where the owners live! Such an elaborate lie to get out of making things right with their longtime customer. Venice Pizza , you may be the only game in town but it doesn't give you the right to treat your customers like. S#*% !! Next time I want pizza locally I'll pizza from the store and heat it up. At least if the pizza is bad Ill get a refund. You guys are shameful and a disgrace to the...
