La Fiesta Mexican — Restaurant in Linton

I’ve never been treated so poorly. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years. I usually don’t complain but I ordered the fajita with all kinds of meat chicken, shrimp, steak, and chorizo. My friend ordered steak fajita. When he Carried them out hers was steamy like crazy and very juicy looking. Mine was not at all steaming and very dry looking. It was barely warm. I told our server I didn’t want to complain but it was dry and cold. He sends the manager over to tell me it was because hers had vegetables(idk why mine didn’t). That’s why it was juicy. I don’t think it would affect the temperature of it though I explained. He just walked away. I set it out on the edge of table and got up to leave. He charged me $21 with no remedy at all. Always you fix it or discount it. Always! Never saw such poor treatment in my life. Poor...

Our waiter forgot my order and brought it out the way it comes when I ordered it with no veggies so my beans and rice sat there and got cold while he went beck for my correct order then brought my chicken out with no tortilla shells so then my chicken sat there getting cold until finally was able to flag down a different waiter who then brought me warm tortilla shells for my cold beans and rice and cold chicken.... that first waiter then never returned to even check on our drinks so I again flagged down a different waiter who refilled our drinks and checked on us appropriately. To top it of I made a joke to the lady whom was ringing our bill up and she never even said a word other than your total is 95.98 wow... and I eat there regularly it was a huge disappointment for my kids my wife and...

In town from Texas visiting family. The tortillas were uncooked, still doughy, I’m guessing right out of a store bought package, need to put back on the grill. The meat on my tacos were not seasoned (very bland) with meat and some sort of white cheese that made me really ill. Tacos should include lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese/mixture of both yellow and white, onions, cilantro minimum, or a good pico de gallo. Beans were too runny, Rice was good. Salsa needed more kick, it was more like ketchup....
