Subway — Restaurant in Lisbon

Very friendly service, both times I've gone and the people working were extremely friendly and right on top of everything... greeting us as we walked in and asking if we needed some time or if we knew what we wanted. when I asked for recommendations they were very experienced with the menu and able to tell me what was seasonal what they were offering as a specialty or sale menu/item amd were very patient with my toddlers while we ordered and waited for our food. The sitting area was extremely clean and represented the store well, napkins straws and lids were stocked, the drink counter was well-maintained and cleaned and my food was handed to me wrapped correctly bags with napkins. We were wished a great day and asked to come back upon departing.... we will definitely return to the store and I would even drive out of my way to go back to the specific store here in Lisbon falls, as Not only was the food on point but the service was...

We had a very limited time schedule and decided to do online order for quick service. This was at approximately 4:30PM. The response was that we could pick up our sandwiches in twenty minutes. Since our schedule was tight, we tried to cancel the order but could not do so on line. We tried calling but no one would pick up on our call. On our way back home that night ( around 8:30pm) we stopped at Subways to see what they had done with our 4:30p.m. order. They had it on a rack in the store with our name on it. I asked if these sandwiches would still be good and was told by the employee that they should be fine.

I normally order from DoorDash, so I do not know who is making these sandwiches, but it's absolutely surprising how much this Subway MESSES up their subs. The subs are not made correctly, there's too much sauce to the point that it's dripping down the sandwich. They're always missing the cheese that I ordered and there's always WAY TOO MUCH MEAT in the sandwiches. The sandwiches are 90% meat and 10% whatever. And they always add way too much of the sides too. I wanted jalapeños and they added like 30 of them on there! That's ridiculous. The person making these sandwiches has no idea how to make a sandwich. I thought that their trainers showed them how to properly make things...
