Tonio's Pizza — Restaurant in Litchfield Township

I called to place an order and started comparing pricing with the lady taking my order who was very pleasant to deal with, however when she started telling the manager/owner what was going on she just started laughing and said oh well. When the lady asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I told her no that I didn't find it funny but the manager grabbed the phone and started screaming at me "I'm not responsible for google and if you font want to order then dont" but still screaming about her website. When she finally took a breath I told her to put the other lady back on to finish my order as my fiance was already on his way there. I will never order from them again. My sister called and ordered.. she asked if it was possible for someone to walk the order out to my handicapped brother-in-law. The guy taking her order began being rude and clearly agitated. We still decide to order..... the pizza was dry.. cheese was burnt.. no sauce.. we ordered stuffed crust and it was stuffed with nothing... both pizza's... we have ate pizza there a dozen times and never had issue's..... 1000% will NOT order from there ever agian. I apologize you had to walk an extra 20 steps and apparently having a bad day. I am sure it was made bad on purpose..... DO...

We were in the area so we ordered to pick up and take it home. They said 50 minutes and it took an hour. We drove 30 minutes home only to open the pizza box to find that it wasn't even made the way we had asked. (IM SURE WE PAID FOR ALL THOSE EXTRA TOPPINGS THOUGH). The food tasted fine though. Just very disappointed in my pizza not being made right and paying for something I didn't get.
