Dunkin' — Restaurant in Little Rock Township

Walked in ordered my stuff and the register instead of going thru the drive thru… glad I did. Young lady taking my order did a good job coffee I ordered was made promptly but then while I waited for my hot food. I saw as the kid making the drinks for the drive threw cough on a drink he was making without covering his mouth or turning away. The girl next to him noticed and tried to be discreet to cover his mouth. Turned around put on the lid and gave it to the customer at the drive thru. Then while I’m still waiting dude start rubbing his mouth and nose, sees me looking at his walks away and doesn’t wash his hands. He then comes around and gives me my stuff. I didn’t want to be rude to the kid so I just walked away and threw that food away. They have to keep training these kids on...

I asked for my drink to be made again because the oat milk was rancid they made it again tasted the same way but he assured me he poured from a new bottle. I just asked him for regular milk because it was disgusting the oat milk. He barely even wanted to give me the regular one but he did. I’ve tasted basically all brands of oat milk and I can assure you that...

Horrible and i do mean absolutely terrible service!. Always gets a order wrong even through the app. Other than the bagels the food is better off going into the trash since it's always so hard. The drinks are always messed up. Real shame that Dunkin is the anchor to the gas station with such horrible experiences...
