The worst and rudest Chick-Fil A staff I have seen. I thought this chain made a reputation by being courteous. I visited this place today and I was greeted by this African American cashier named Andrea. She tried to pronounce my name but couldn’t (which is totally fine), but then she tried to do it 5-6 times more and butchered it every time so I showed her my driver’s license and she couldn’t find my name on it (how smart, right?). When I showed her my name she said it was funny and that she hadn’t heard it before. The entire staff was joking around in the kitchen loudly like hyenas (on unrelated stuff). 0 professionalism. The spicy chicken sandwich was decent but this experience made me wonder how this restaurant hired and trained such knuckleheads who can’t even speak properly or find a person’s name on their license or even have the courtesy to ask how someone’s name...
Read moreI was really surprised. Chick-fil-A is known for great, friendly, welcoming service. That's why I was surprised by what I saw there. The guy in front of me in line asked if they had any sandwiches already made since his flight was about to leave. We were both standing right there and could hear their dismissive and mocking tone. It was awkward. I was next. Got my food, but customer service, while fine for Burger King, wouldn't be what you'd expect at Chick-fil-A. I mean, it's fine. No body died or anything. ...

I know corporate standards are that fries are tossed after 2 minutes being in the warmer, so you’d think that a licensed location would have the same standards. My sandwich wasn’t fresh either, and while it was warmer than my fries, you could tell a difference in quality. Now, I’ve worked at a chick-fil-a for over 3 years and am well-versed in the standards that the food is held to. I was left dissatisfied by the staff as well. The person taking my order was very short with me after having exceptional customer service with the gentleman in...
