Went through Drive thru, I asked before I got to the window if they accept Apple pay, they told me sometimes if the system is working. I ordered and drove up to the window. "Emily" opened the window with a very disgusted look on her face. I told her I wanted to do Apple Pay to which she replied "I know. Give me your phone." She then snatched it out of my hand. When she opened the window again, I asked her if it worked. She slammed the window on me without giving me an answer and then made someone else hand me out the food, which was not made how I ordered it! This experience was very unpleasant. You would think I peed in that girls Wheaties by the way she treated me. Not very welcoming or professional. My aunt went in there with a 10 dollar gift certificate. Please, read the fine print. It has to be after a certain time. Not only that, but you have to spend 20 dollars to get the 10 dollars to even be activated. I'm pretty sure this is illegal, so I've reported them to the Petoskey and HS chambers of commerce. I've also sent notice to a couple news outlets. This owner has been sued, and sued successfully, several times for being a total skeezer sleeze. Wouldn't expect anything less for this type of typical behavior.

This place has great food. "The Duke" burger is just the right amount of sweet and spicy and crunch. However, I was disappointed the last time I stopped, around 5:50pm and they only had two people working. One was trying to man the counter and the drive thru, and the other was cooking everything himself, rushing from the fryer to the grill to the freezer and back again and orders were not getting out in a reasonable time.
