Service Clean Parking Location Quality (Chairs, Tables, Menus) Bland Wait Time Standard Vegetable Plate
Starting with the good: they were very nice and patient with us, as we had a group of 10 and a baby come in late at night, around an hour before closing. They didn't mention that they were closing soon and let us eat without interruption, even though we ended up taking until 30 mins after closing. We are grateful for the hospitality and professionalism.
Some areas to work on: Vegetable plates (bean sprouts, Thai basil leaves, jalapeños, limes) usually come standard at other pros, but at this one, they just give the limes and jalapeños on small, separate plates. We had to ask multiple times for extra bean sprouts and limes because they just don't give enough The karaage was alright, but the dipping sauce was far off from yum yum sauce. This one was almost purely mayo The soup and meatballs in the pho are average, but I really think it boils down to quality of meat. The meatballs were rather tough and dry, and the soup was missing the same flavor you get at most other phos.
Nevertheless, we had a great time, and are grateful for...

It wasn’t even pho- whatever they gave us after an unusually long wait was something else entirely 😟
I’m a huge pho fan & eat it several times a month. I like trying new places. And I feel like I’ve got a decent bandwidth- happy enough with mediocre Pho- since I enjoy the dish itself.

Because the gross cloudy broth was so cold, the noodles remained uncooked. They put all the optional toppings in & only brought us a couple slices of jalapeño & lime to add. (which saddened me because that’s part of the fun, isn’t it? The customization!)
When I mentioned this to the server (who was a very nice person) she seemed confused & didn’t offer to fix our issue.
I’ll never go back because it’s too risky to chance paying $18 for something that I couldn’t eat & which didn’t resemble...

Came here when it had 5 star reviews post opening. Wife said gyoza were good, the shrimp in the summer rolls stank and was rubber 🤢 feral.
As for the pho, broth was good but not enough to cover ingredients which were also minimal. Super small portion. Expect a lot more for a ~20 dollar pho once you add meat as we did. Extra meat was less than what a regular would be at any other place.
Rare steak was not fresh or rare, and was put inside the container with hot ingredients rather than seperate to be added when heating the broth at home. Furthermore, bean shoots and toppings were in the bowl in tiny portions rather than seperate to prepare as you would like yourself when getting take away pho.
The people who said best pho ever, have clearly never been outside...
