I’m not one to usually write or post reviews however, I dined at the Pizza Factory in Live Oak for dinner this evening and was pleasantly surprised with our overall experience. This is how I remember dining service about 15 years ago! Nothing fancy or over the top, just a nice casual large open pizzeria. The pizza, atmosphere and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to dine out, that you consider this lovely pizza restaurant. Very friendly and courteous employees who seam happy to work in their environment. Overhearing orders being taken over the phone sounded like a great experience as well. We were checked in on while dining in a very pleasant manner. We were brought extra plates without the need to ask, just because they know they are sometimes needed. What a pleasant experience; so nice to NOT hear grumpy employees talking under their breath or being rude to customers, or just standing around - just good ol’ fashioned customer service. I will...
Read moreAll I have to say is be very careful of what you leave in your review. If you are an honest person, And disliked the pizza for a legitimate reason, And you say so in your review, They will not be very friendly to you when you run into them out in the wild. Vendettas are a thing with them and they are very good at that. They’re very good at holding onto that for years. Their pizza tastes very good, but is often hit or miss in the drowning in oil department. It’s very expensive and isn’t the greatest value for your dollar. their staff that they hire are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean & There is plenty there for kids to do too. just know that if you find something wrong with their pizza and say so, don’t expect a friendly encounter next time you run into them. Like they did to us, expect them to suggest that they would be nice to you only if you would remove your review. They literally asked us to lie about our experience. Così lungo Pizza Bob, all in all we really did enjoy...
Read moreMy family and I will never return to this pizza place! Thankfully, there are many better options available.
I believe the owner, Amanda, approached me and my group to complain about my two-year-old, saying we needed to control his noise level. Ironically, we had older kids with us who were even louder.
It's worth noting that there was no one nearby apart from a party in the banquet room, which was designated for kids. Amanda claimed that it was them who had complained, and if that's true, it certainly feels like those individuals were being discriminatory!
She had the nerve to say to me, "This is a restaurant," and her tone was completely inappropriate. Then she asked, "Is he okay...? I'm sorry, but are you okay?" How rude and appalling for her to make such comments about my child. I am done with this establishment! As a local of LO, I am thoroughly disappointed by this “restaurant.”
No family environment here unless you’re a...
