Torta Azteca — Restaurant in Live Oak

On our way to Quincy for an epic Mt Bike adventure, our plan was to stop at a little taco shop in Yuba City. However, we weren’t paying attention to the road and drove right past it. So, plan B was to find another spot and I picked Torta Azteca based solely on the good Google reviews. My wife and I tried there food for the first time today and I've got to say hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've ever tried. We tried almost all types of meat Asada, Chorizo, Cabeza, Carnitas, Buche, Al Pastor, and Birria. We order over 30 tacos, Queso fries with chorizo and a Birria burrito. The food was amazingly delicious, the hand made Horchata had great taste. The food is set at a great price most of my tacos were 99 cents. I’d give one star based on these tacos but i’ve had other food here that was much better. That last two times was terrible.. That will stop me from getting food here anytime soon. I got 5 carnitas tacos and they were soaked in oil. They didn’t look great to begin with. It wasn’t from the salsa, it was from oiling them when making them.
