Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Live Oak

If I can give them 0 stars I would do it! I’ve been in different types of Popeyes fast food restaurants and people(employees) always have been very nice, till today 12/27/2024 around 5:00pm, on my way to Miami me and my family went to this location but OMG what a mistake! The woman taking orders in front desk was SUPER RUDE!, I was ordered for myself and she was turned her head to my daughter asking her about my order 🤦🏻‍♀️, I also ordered wings for my kids without sauce because they DO NOT eat spicy food and what she give us was spicy wings and the top of this very bad experience was when I asked her for ice (because they didn’t even have ice on lobby) She was just standing there doing nothing and she didn’t even look at me she just turned her back to me and called another employee to give me ice, She was treating me and my family very badly, as if we had done something bad to her, like why you do that to someone who just pass by to get something to eat and of course pay for it! like lady please if you have any problems with Latin people or you just don’t like your job go back to school and degree of something that you really like so that way you don’t have to deal with specific races that you don’t like it or a least without arruine others people days with your bad attitude just because you don’t...

The girl at the window did nothing wrong, she was polite, helped and understood. But the Manager is not very respectful. Being rushed off the intercom while talking is rude. When trying to ask if everything is right and then coming to the window and the MANAGER having an attitude is just extremely annoying, couldn’t look at us, no decency, not even a smile just straight attitude. We get the receipt and read that it’s wrong and tell them to please change it and she starts telling us “next time you need to say tender not just chicken you want tenders than say it next time” not in a jokingly sarcastic way either I’m a pretty easy going, like whatever say what you want. But maybe just maybe before rushing us to the window and letting US THE CUSTOMER SPEAK you would know what we wanted and btw “tender” was said but ya know if you weren’t speaking to someone else DURING JUST ABOUT THE WHOLE ORDER. multiple times she was talking to someone else, I’ve worked fast food and the drive through can have its complications I get that. But maybe a new set of training or maybe some retraining. You would have understood better. First and last time coming here, maybe that’s why we never see anyone...

Why? I keep giving a chance for this place in Live Oak, FL another opportunity to get it together. Nearly verytime we come hardly any cars in parking. Thats fine but when you enter attitude or unattended counter staff. Today Chanisty? Was rudely addressing customers in front of us and they sit down looking shocked. We are greeted with we don't got ANY silverware in the store for sides. We've learned to ask what chicken is ready not to have to be informed there is a 15 minute wait on chicken. So we order and are rudely inform again about no silverware. Pay our $22.66 fast food meal with a main dish of insult. Get our food again with no silverware- got the memo. Hey your about to be out of straws now cause I made chop sticks out of straws and showing the rest of the dining room! Amusingly sad to pay for food and insults.
