Iâve stopped by the Starbucks a few different times for a few different reasons and each and every time the service here is absolutely phenomenal. The first time that I stopped here it was because I was trying to plaster the area with posters for an upcoming musical that I was in at the Bankhead theater. I donât think Starbucks has down moments, but I didnât come during one of their main rush hours to try and discuss with someone about putting my poster up. I think I came around 8 AM, and the person who I was talking to, wasnât sure if they were allowed to put up posters, but did explain to me everything about their poster system, and was kind enough to take the posters just in case they were able to put it up. A few months after that performance, I went back just to get some water and to also unfortunately throw up because I felt so sick, their bathrooms were open and available and very clean. The last time I went was to use their drive-through to get a oat milk chai. Like many Starbucks, they moved very efficiently. I think I was in their line for about five minutes in total. I pray these people get paid what...
Read moreOur experience at the drive thru wasnât pleasant. The barista who was working the drive thru (Juliana) took our order in a very snappy tone. Special instructions were given for our drinks which were then repeated back to us by her. When we received our drinks, they werent the way we ordered them. When we asked her to remake it, she took the drink back and we can clearly see how she was talking to her coworker about the situation in a gossiping manner. She came back, drink was still wrong. As she walked back with the drink once again, we can see how Juliana and that same coworker made eye contact in a very intense way. We thanked her for remaking it and were completely ignored as she turned away and continued with her work. Juliana was very unprofessional and needs to further enhance her customer service skills. And âgossipingâ about a customer while they are currently in front you is not okay. I may not know exactly what they said, but body language and facial expressions...
Read moreWith full staff, and no one inside or in the drive thru, they stood around talking making a minute long drink take 16 minutes. Even the store manager was just blocking the walk way talking to his friends, not only were they super loud they wouldnât move to allow people to walk past. The R1 refused to acknowledge me for 5 minutes instead just talking to coworkers. I repeated my order 3 times and they still gave me a completely wrong drink, I asked them to fix it and got an eye roll and major attitude. Considering I used to work for a Starbucks I would never recommend anyone to come here. The only positive part of my experience was the...
