Burger King — Restaurant in Livingston

This is legit the worst fast food restaurant around fr. I literally ordered my food at the speaker and waitied in line for 30 minutes before i get to the window. Noone was at the first wondow and i received no instructions to go to the first window so i went to the second. Aftet they obviously messed up the persons order in front of me because the driver was giving them items back, i finnally get to the window, the guy speaks out someone elses order and tries to hand me a bag. I said thats not my order and he looked confused and went to speak to someone. At that point another person comes to the window and tells me i didnt order from the speaker i skipped it and insinuated i was trying to steal food because i skipped the first window that noone was at. I told the lady that it doesnt make sense for me to sit in a line for 30 minutes and hand a bag full of food back to the guy that handed it to me if i was trying to steal food ans i just wanted my order. My card was in my hand ready to pay but she told me to go back around to the back of the line and wait for another 20-30 mins. This place literally has the absolute worst service ive ever experienced at a fast food restaurant plus they consistently mess ur order up but these are the same people that want $20hr. Its always bad here but this time has made me refuse to return to this store. Idk who owns this place but they seriously need to make changes. Ive never been so mad i left a bad review. I am not sure if the employees put good reviews on this google Burger King review page. I have been to this Burger King 2 times in the last several months did not eat either time! They need to fire from the manager down! And start back with a whole new fresh crew! Our first stop by we waited 30 min. Due to my husband not wanting to go else where the employees and manager argued behind the counter and it was like entertainment while you waited. They were rude no greeting needless to say we left and never did get to order. So here it is several months later my husband wants to try it again. We walked in our family several people were waiting for there food. Manager was arguing with employee loud like no one was in the store they argued back and forth for a while the manager screaming that she has been running back and forth from front to the back working her butt off she did not have time to put up with the other 2 employees arguing! I’m thinking are you serious? They are so unprofessional at this place. Where is undercover boss when you need them?? I worked at a Burger King for 3 years when I was in high school and would have been fired but when you have a manager that apparently hates her job to get on there level then you have a Burger King that will eventually have to close due to lack of customers! Had a car full of kids everyone was asking for something different and nothing was as it came. One wanted whopper no this add that. The only thing that was not specially ordered was the nuggets and fries. I just knew Burger Kings reputation and they was bound to mess it up. But I let the kids get it how that wanted anyway. I told the lady what all we wanted just one time and didn't repeat anything (not even sure she caught it all for the loud kids in my car steadily asking for more).
