😆😂 I don't know, maybe I went at a bad time.went there looking for a new antenna for a new ham radio that I didn't like the one it came with so I passed by cookies to see if they had anything.first impression, I didn't know if I was at the right place because it looked more like a salvage yard or something with old junk cars and stuff everywhere and I had just washed my truck and it was all muddy so I didn't want to even pull in but I did and was met by some lady who was nice enough but not helpful at all and really didn't seem to even be listening to what I was asking for, just quickly dismissed me with a "we don't have anything like that" and sent me on my way SMH.I buy a lot of radio equipment online and would love to find a local place to do business with but in my experience sometimes things don't work out for the best and I have a feeling this was one of those times.anyway been dealing with ham radio outlet for years and will continue to since they always take my calls, answer my questions and stand behind what they sell,if it ain't broke don't fix it, just wish they had a location closer to tangipahoa parish.gave two stars because a lot of people seem to be happy doing business there so it can't be all bad,...

Had an appointment today. I drove all the way tfrom Gonzales to Livingston by Cookies to get turned away after waiting 2 hours. I was told by the tech that he dont install cns in the rain and I told him that it's not raining now and he replied that the rain is heading In their direction but the whole while he was talking to another customer for an hour and a half. And he was already finished with his install job. He also mentioned that he only do installs for fun . But it was not fun for me to wait two hours for my appointment after driving 39 miles from Gonzales to Livingston just to get Turned away!! I give this place zero...

rude on the phone hung up before i finished talking but treats folks he knows like royalty , was told someone would be there at 1:30 pm and i show up all the way out to livingston its a nice hop for me to get there , and the door is locked up tight , its a shame i tried to support a local business only to be turned away , i wish the same excitement that i heard him speaking to my friend with on the phone was the same when we spoke , i have heard great things about this place , guess ill just order online then , you would think if someone was selling stuff for a dead technology they would want...
