This food is amazing. I’m from the PNW and happened to stumble onto the cart when looking for food. After spending days on the road eating garbage - this was an immense reward. The flavors of the shawarma are insane. It has the right amount of heat and super tender. The fries with the miso mayo are a MUST. They are like crack good. We stopped by for a second time on our way back about four days after and the owner(I think it was the owner) remembered my name the second time I came here! Truly a gem. Really well thought out menu. If you’re passing through you must try it! And as a bonus, it has an awesome patio where you can buy drinks from the neighboring restaurant - they have a walk up window - so you can enjoy the drinks and food...

We were in Livingston for a wedding and went to many places to eat and wish we would have found this gem first! it was the BEST food. So fresh and amazing! The beet salad was so crazy good. The tarragon vinegarette was (chefs kiss). The rest of the places we tried in Livingston were just another variety of bar food. Highly recommend. And? Best burger as well. Flavors...
