HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered delivery. Food was too salty to eat and literally had to spit out the first bite. When we called the establishment back the manager (rod) was rude and combative saying that’s how they make it! I explained it was too salty and something must have happened, Rod Refused to give a refund and accused me of trying to get free food. I offered to bring it back for another meal and they refused saying the kitchen was closed and told us to follow up with the delivery service “slice” for a refund, so we did.”slice” then contacted the establishment and the establishment refused a refund. (Livonia store) Prices might seem high at first for the Chicago style pizza (compared to chain places regular pizzas), but the cost for value is great! Medium Chicago style more than feeds 2 adults and a hungry 11 year old boy with at least a slice left over for my midnight pizza snack craving. The bone-in wings are nice and crispy, and their seafood is also tasty. There is a wide selection of beer and liquor, and they have been more than happy to order a few uncommon bottles of liquor that most stores in the ares don't regularly have in stock as long as it is available in Michigan.

Every associate I spoke to here acts like they are the President/CEO and you are their biggest client. They do their jobs and work hard from what I just experienced, but besides top notch professional service, they treat you like they've known you and care! Huge shout out to Carl for compassionately helping my friend in a mental health crisis, Nate (the head cook) for his kindness to her and I through it, and Amanda for her gentle words and huge heart! I only bought a juice tonight, but the associates just locked in a life long customer! Thank you as a business and your associates...
