Santiago's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Lochbuie

We have had Santiago's twice since visiting Lochbouie and everything was delicious! The first experience was a bunch of us sharing several different items; tacos, burritos, Native Indian tacos. All were absolutely delicious, so we ordered lunch again and had flautas and enchiladas, both Carnitas and both delicious! The best refried beans I've tasted! We ordered on line, which was smooth and easy. Food was ready and hot for pick up. I thought the price was more than reasonable for the amount of food, especially meat being expensive now. Check your orders people!! We ordered $90 worth of food this past weekend, half of our order was missing!! We called to see if we could go back and pick up our missing food and were told no because they were about to close. We went back the following day to get a refund, we were then told they couldn't refund us and we needed to call corporate on Monday morning. Unfortunately we will no longer be eating here. The food is usually decent, but we tried giving them several chances to redeem themselves. Every time we come here, regardless of what we order whether it’s flautas and bean and cheese burritos, to burgers, fries, and chicken burritos, they take way longer than they should, while completely mess up our orders.
